With education and experience in early childhood care

Our trained teaching staff will help your child
    reach their full potential

The staff at Share & Care Child Care Centre are qualified Early Childhood Educators with mandatory CPR/First Aid training. Assistants and volunteers are also screened through an interview process that includes a criminal reference check, personal reference checks and an updated medical history record. All staff are encouraged to attend workshops, and seminars to support their professional development. The teachers in all rooms give open affection, praise and encouragement for future improvement. They communicate with the children while supporting and redirecting them. Share and Care teachers run a classroom that offers a sense of belonging that is free of violence, bias and racism. They also understand the importance of daily communication with the parents, reporting to them how the child’s day went and reminding them of any upcoming events or administrative information.

*In the event that one of our teachers is away, a qualified supply staff will be called in for that period of time.
